Murrindindi Shire Councillors last week continued their program of recognising local school leaders.

Mayor Cr Charlie Bisset welcome rep-resentatives from Flowerdale and Middle Kinglake Primary Schools to the Council chamber at Yea.

Middle Kinglake Primary School was represented by Jessica Schroen, School Captain and House Captain; Mikayla Dinn-essen, School Captain and House Captain; Charlotte Barnes, House Captain; Tahlia Mead, House Captain.
Leila Dyson, House Captain; Aakasha Nixon, House Captain and Sustainability Leader; Jasmine Hope, Sustainability Leader; Nicole John-son, Junior School Council. Unable to attend were Jai Crisp, Junior School Council; and Dylan Cooper, Junior School Council.

Flowerdale Primary School captains Ashlee Antolos and Abigail de Vir were also in attendance at the Council meeting.
