Friday, 4.30pm: Kangaroo Ground-Warrandyte Rd is closed in both directions between Eltham-Yarra Glen Rd and Research-Warrandyte Rd, due to a serious collision.

Motorists should detour through Research, using Research-Warrandyte Rd and Main Rd.

We suggest drivers avoid travel through Warrandyte, where possible, due to congestion south of the Yarra River.

This closure is under Victoria Police control. The road will re-open when investigations are complete and it’s safe to do so.
