Police and emergency services are currently on scene of a fatal house fire in Mill Park.

Investigators believe the fire broke out in the Maybury Drive property just before 5am.

The yet to be identified victim, and sole occupant of the property died at the scene.

The exact cause is yet to be determined and the investigation remains ongoing.
