Sad news: death of Don McLeish, Yea icon

The Yea community mourns the passing this morning (Sunday) of Don McLeish.
Prominent farming identity, former Yea Shire Councillor, former Yea Football Club President icon, Freemason, returned serviceman, and all-round good bloke.
Sadly, with the current restrictions, Yea will not be able to give the full salute that would have stopped the district. Arrangements will be announced in due course. Our deepest sympathies to the family.
