Cr Jackie Ashe declared a ‘Conflicting Personal Interest’ before the Bonfire Station, Acheron, application was heard at last Wed-nesday’s meeting of Murrindindi Shire Council.
Cr Ashe’s partner is an advocate for and submitter in favour of the proposed planning application.
